08/04/2007 Exercise exercise exerciseThe only exercise I have done recently is WALKING. Can it count to be an exercise? No idea. But I do think seriously about starting my morning swimming again. Okay, here is the plan:
6:00AM Wake up!!! Wake up!!! Wake up!!!
6:15AM Jump in the pool!!! 1,000 m/per day (Of course! It's impossibile to have this achievement after having lazy life for over 2 years. ^o^ I bet I can catch what I used to be after 2 weeks.)
7:30AM Morning shower!!!
8:15AM Delicious breakfast!! (Am I getting fat to have a big breakfast after doing exercise? Whatever! Keep fit is not that easy. Just eat what you want! haha...)
9:00AM Get on bus and have the day started. ^o^
Isn't it a good plan? haha... The question is when to start! Hummm.......Let's see.......I am still looking for the perfect place to start. haha....typical execuse!!! But definitely.....I will start to swim this summer AGAIN!!! Let's try next week. |
