My golf problem!!

Damn it!!! 4 points that I really need to take care when I practice golf:
1. Keep my body steady to circle my axis: my whole body is kind of move to right during back swing, resulting in unstable impact
2. Keep the rhythm of back swing stabe: sometimes, I am rush to take back, which is going to destroy my down swing timing and cause down blow or upper blow.
3. Keep elbow straight when followthrough accelerates the club and keep elbow close when finishing followthrough
4. Try to "release the power" when followthrough. This will push the ball farther
 
I tried to remind myself the first 3 points every shot. So, the impact is getting better and more stable. Even more, the ball is on its way, go straight without slice. However, the most difficult is the last one!! How can you grip the club firmly to provide a secure hold on the club but release the power to make a free-flowing swing nah??? Although I know the feeling of "releasing power" when I try to throw forward my club, I just can't help to get the same feeling when practicing. OH~~~~~MaMaMiYa!!! How and when can the weakness be solved???? AiYaYa.....

也就是說,此種運動讓人遠離塵囂,接近大自然呼吸新鮮空氣,在陽光普照且充滿友誼交流機會之綠意盎然的草地上所從事的運動!!
哇咧~~~~這樣的運動,真不是普通沒錢沒閒的人可以玩的....>_<....而且還常常覺得它不太符合人體力學,不過到真是蠻物理學的....哈哈~~~
 
那我練得如何咧???嘿嘿~~~練習場一條龍,嚇嚇叫啦!!!!但是,下球場一條蟲,沒膽盡情的揮杆!!!!.....因為怕OB、怕slice、!!! 真是卒仔....
